Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-day money back
New paid subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first paid charge — no questions asked. Email support@bizideea.com from your registered address.
Monthly plans
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are not provided after the 7-day window.
Annual plans
Cancellations within 7 days of purchase are fully refunded. After 7 days, we prorate a refund based on unused full months, minus a ₹500 processing fee.
Free trials
The free first idea is provided at no cost and does not require a card. It is not eligible for refunds since no payment was collected.
Failed deliveries
If we fail to deliver the daily idea for more than 3 consecutive days due to our fault, we will credit your account with 15 extra days on your current plan.
How to request
Email support@bizideea.com with your registered email, order ID, and reason. We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
