1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or accessing bizideea (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
bizideea provides expert-researched business ideas and related analysis for informational and educational purposes. Ideas are not investment, legal, tax or business advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
3. Accounts & OTP verification
You must provide a valid email and complete OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. One account per person.
4. Subscriptions, billing & no refunds
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. All memberships are strictly non-refundable — partial or full — under any circumstance. Every new user is given a free business idea after email verification to fully test the platform before subscribing; by paying you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. We may revise prices with 30 days' notice.
5. Content ownership
Idea content, analysis and reports are copyrighted by bizideea. You may use them internally to build your business but may not resell, republish or redistribute without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You will not: (a) scrape or automate access; (b) share credentials; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (d) reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Business outcomes depend on execution, market conditions and factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bizideea's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law of the operating entity. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
